About the MOVE
MOVE (Mindoro One Vision Towards Empowerment) is a non-profit that helps farmers, artisans, and youth in Oriental Mindoro turn local resources and natural talents into sustainable enterprises. We believe rural communities already have what they need — they just need the right tools, support, and access to thrive.
About the Founder
Born in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, Alfonso Gaba Cusi grew up helping his parents sell fruits and vegetables. From a young age, he learned the value of hard work, grit, and service — values that shaped his journey as both entrepreneur and public servant.
Over the years, he held leadership roles in some of the country’s most important agencies — including the Philippine Ports Authority, Civil Aviation Authority, and Department of Energy. In every role, he focused on building efficient systems that benefit both industries and Filipino workers.
But his heart never left Mindoro. Through MOVE, Mr. Cusi returns to his roots — helping
Mindoreños turn local skills, land, and culture into lasting livelihoods. His vision is simple: when you invest in people, you build futures that last.

Mr. Al Cusi is an experienced leader, entrepreneur, and public servant who has spent many years creating efficient systems for the benefit of Filipinos. He continues to champion Mindoreños through various philanthropical ventures.

About Dr. Espiritu
Dr. Chippy Espiritu is a Certified Public Accountant who has lead various corporations. During his term as Governor, Mindoro developed into a 1st class Municipality.

Atty. Manuel combines his wisdom in the fields of engineering, business, and law as he leads Aviation and Maritime corporations.

Mr. Othman is an experienced banker and devoted social service professional. He spearheaded the first urban microcredit scheme in Singapore in 2011. He currently leads RaiSE, Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise.

Mr. Magsaysay, famously known as "Mr. Potato Corner", started as a humble store employee. His exceptional business instinct allowed him to climb corporate ranks, leading multiple brands and franchises into successful conglomerates.
